Registration Information
Online Registration: It is easy and convenient to register for The Center for Psyche & the Arts, LLC’s programs online.
Secure links will allow you to register through bank draft or credit card. If you would prefer to pay by check, please email your registration information (name, address, telephone number, email) and indicate the program(s) you will be enrolling. Register early!
Many of our classes have limited enrollment and fill quickly, so to avoid disappointment, please don’t delay! Sign up immediately to ensure a seat in the program(s) of your choice. Course Admission: You will be officially enrolled in the seminar(s) of your choice as soon as we receive your registration form and payment. We will notify you by email if there is a problem with your registration or if there are changes about which you should know. Seminar Location:
Most of our seminars, workshops, and groups are held at The Center for Psyche & the Arts, LLC in Lansdowne, PA. Parking is available and free. Seminars being held in other locations are noted. Information for all other seminar locations is available at The Center for Psyche & the Arts, LLC. Please call us in advance if you need assistance at 610.259.2550. Please note: Due to the historic architecture of the Lansdowne building, some accommodations may be more challenging than others in terms of ADA standards for accessibility but we are prepared to assist any attendee with a physical, visual or auditory disability. Please call to inquire and discuss your particular situation at least 30 days in advance so arrangements may be made.
Inclement Weather: If weather conditions are poor and you are uncertain about the status of your program, please call us at 610.259.2550. Refunds for inclement weather will only be issued if the program is canceled due to extreme weather such as in a declared State of Emergency or Travel Warning. The Center for Psyche & the Arts, LLC reserves the right to cancel seminars, groups, and other educational programs that are under-enrolled, to change times, and locations, if necessary, and to substitute instructions.
Refunds, Transfers, and Withdrawals:
We will refund your full fee or issue you a credit in the event that we cancel your seminar. If the seminar for which you registered is full, we will contact you, and if you wish, place you on a waiting list or refund your full fee. If you withdraw from the program at least 15 days in advance you will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee. Cancelations received within 30 days of seminar or workshop, will be refunded in full. Requests for refunds made after that time will be subject to a 50% administration fee; no refunds will be made less than 7 days before seminar or workshop. All requests must be received in writing. Inclement weather policy: Workshops will be rescheduled or canceled in the case of severe weather. Registration fees may be applied to the later scheduled program, another future program or be refunded. Transfers apply to webinars only, and that must be used within one year. If you contact us less than 10 days before your program, The Center for Psyche & the Arts, LLC will arrange a credit of the program fee paid to be used within one year at a CE Program. There will be no refunds or credit issued on or after the program’s start date.
Continuing Education (CE) Credit: The Center for Psyche & the Arts, LLC is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP) #6302 and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program.
This may include Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), National Certified Counselors (NCC), Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselors (CCMHC), National Certified School Counselors (NCSC), and Master Addiction Counselors (MAC) and Creative Arts Therapists. Replacement Certificates of Attendance are available. There is a fee of $10.00 per replaced certificate.

We offer sponsorship for some of our events and workshops with companies and individuals whose services are compatible with The Center’s mission. Sponsorships are a great way to be involved, support and share a vision, and get your products or services noticed. Not only will you or your business receive visibility during the event, your contact information will be highlighted in our marketing materials including our website and be available to all of our attendees.
